KaHuna
What is KaHuna?
KaHuna is a fluid style of massage that holistically balances the body-mind in its physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
Also known as Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi massage, it is a traditional Polynesian bodywork technique that originated in Hawaii. It incorporates long, flowing strokes, gentle stretches, and rhythmic movements designed to promote physical and mental relaxation, release muscle tension, and create a sense of well-being and balance. It is often considered a deeply therapeutic and spiritually enriching experience.
It is with deep respect for the Hawaiian culture that I combine my dance and movement experience with this beautiful flowing style of massage.

While it's known for its soothing strokes, KaHuna massage can also include deep tissue work to release tension and promote muscle relaxation.
-
Some people experience emotional release during a KaHuna massage session, as I work not only the physical body but also the energetic and emotional landscapes.
